A Charming Outdoor Wedding Under the Lights at The Kester Homestead

Vintage decor and whimsy charm graced Ashley and Bill’s outdoor wedding at The Kester Homestead — and it was BEAUTIFUL. Their gorgeous fête took place on a wonderful September day, making their aesthetic look even prettier with nature as the backdrop. From beginning to end, their whole day encompassed a woodland-chic vibe. In addition to our vintage rentals, the details included wildly beautiful blooms, signs all made by the bride, the most darling dessert table, and so many great food trucks. Ceremony
Ashley and Bill’s Woodland’s Cathedral ceremony was a fairytale setting. Vintage rugs lined the aisle between the wooden pews, with wood stumps and candles adorning the entrance. It was minimalistic, but so scenic and stunning. Also, how good do these two look?! Ashley’s dress with this venue was a match made in heaven!
Reception Decor
Prepare to fall in love! Wooden tables, gunmetal tolix chairs, vintage rugs, antique displays, brass candles, goblets, and so much more. We loved seeing their vision come together! Not only did Ashley and Bill get to celebrate and dance the night away in this fantastic spot, it’s also where they shared the sweetest first look!
Dessert Display
These desserts looked good in more ways than one! Utilizing different shapes and sizes of glass apothecary jars, Ashley & Bill were able to curate a small display packed with flavor! (See what we did there? *wink*)
Lounge Area
Outdoor celebrations need lounge areas, too! And this one did not disappoint. We choose more earthy colors mixed with metallic end tables for a rustic, yet modern touch. We always try to utilize every inch of the space to it’s max and by incorporating these pieces it not only filled an area that could have otherwise been left empty, but also looked so SO good.
Ashley and Bill are seriously some of the coolest people and we were so happy to be a part of their day. We adored working with them and love that they put their trust in us. THANK YOU Ashley & Bill!!
