Warm Toned Backyard Wedding on Skaneateles Lake in Spafford, NY

Beneath a sea of green trees and a vintage allure, Mara and Spencer’s warm toned Skaneateles Lake wedding was filled with such charm and grace. Their celebration was nestled in the woods near Skaneateles Lake with pops of burnt orange making a statement in the prettiest of ways through lush blooms and striking bridesmaids dresses. We were so happy to be a part of this wedding. And these gorgeous photos by Cassandra Daye Photography showcase the details so perfectly!

Ceremony

We’ve had the chance to do some beautiful setups for outdoor ceremonies and Mara and Spencer’s day is one that’s easy to fall in love in with! Bistro chairs were lined up at the front of the aisle, some with modern reserved tags, tied around the backs bringing such a unique touch. We incorporated benches for the rest of the ceremony seating with antique rugs making way to the altar. This blank canvas truly became a dream vision.

Cocktail Hour Display

On the deck overlooking the ceremony site, our Classic Cocktail tables, Black Tolix Bar Stools, and gorgeous Ellery chairs were set up in style. Everything looked stunning against the scenic backdrop from the elevated space. This was also the space where Mara and Spencer had the sweetest first look!!

Tables & Table Decor

The little details can make the biggest differences in your table decor! Which is exactly why we love that Mara and Spencer opted to keep the decor simple, but elegant with our brass candlesticks. It really shows that it’s not how much you have on your tables, but what you have on your tables that matter!

Lounge Area

Call it our signature move, but we love that our couples love lounge areas as much as we do! For Mara and Spencer’s setup we combined our Sage Settee, Annabelle Chairs, and Crate Table. The outcome was equal parts cozy and chic.

Cake & Dessert Table

Anytime our pieces get to hold the sweetest of details is a moment worth sharing! (I mean holding the cake is a big job!) We also used our bar height hairpin table to display the plethora of treats and looked really good doing so. Also, can we talk about how tasty that cake and those desserts look?! YUM!
