Warm & Rustic Fall Wedding Styled Shoot at Hayloft in the Arch

Back before the winter started, we had the opportunity to team up with an awesome team of vendors to bring you this warm and rustic styled shoot at one of our favorite venues in CNY! Hayloft in the Arch (where Chris and I actually tied the knot in 2015) set the scene for this stunning editorial, bringing the perfect vintage vibes along with it. A little country, a little modern, and a whole lot of beauty, Tracy Jade Photography captured it all in the prettiest light. Get ready to be inspired!

Alisha and Mike have put so much love into the new patio space out back. Oh, and the best part? You can get married out there under the lights AND you have the barn as a backup plan in case of inclement weather. The cozy fireplace, the new grain bin bar and the endless picture perfect spots for lounge areas have us dreaming of all of summer and fall weddings here.

Seating Display, Cocktail Hour & Lounge Area:

With an outdoor space as beautiful as the Hayloft, we had tons of options for setup. We wanted to show off what it could be like in a real wedding setting! Guests would be treated to a cocktail hour with bubbly on our market cart as they had the pleasure of sitting outdoors amongst the our cozy lounge set ups. Upon completion of cocktail hour, guests would be able to find their name on a seating chart with beautiful hand-lettering by The Adirondack Ink displayed on one of our many copper arbor pieces.

The Reception:

Our gorgeous hairpin farm tables and bistro chairs played up the outdoor area perfectly! Additionally, our popular wood and metal industrial table that was utilized for the sweetheart table looked beautiful beneath the outdoor archway. The bride and groom sat in our "Jane" sofa and it was perfect match.

Charcuterie Display:

Food stations at weddings are becoming increasingly popular. Michael's Fine Foods & Spirits created a gorgeous charcuterie display with wooden crates and cake stands, atop a triple barrel bar! Our giant chalkboard was used for the table top and Sarah from The Adirondack Ink added the cutest fabric labels.

Dessert Table:

No wedding is complete without a wedding and dessert table! Our Clapton buffet was the perfect classic piece to showcase the stunning cake and sweets by Halfmoon Bakery & Bistro! We love when couples do different things for desserts and we can definitely get on board with these cute bundt cakes.
