How it works

We are SO excited that you’re interested in using Pretty Little Vintage Co. as your event rental company! We are thrilled to share our ever-growing and evolving collection with you and hope to make the rental process as easy as possible! After our initial chat - the process looks a little like this:

We would love to schedule a call to finalize pieces, details and any upgrades! We do offer warehouse meetings by appointment only.

After reviewing your proposal and making any necessary changes, you can sign our rental agreement and make your deposit right online! Once you sign and book your rentals - we hold those pieces for you for that day!

If you decide to book our design package - we will schedule a design call and start collaborating with you on design boards!

Once we get closer to your event - we will send along a logistics questionnaire to make sure we are on the same page and to nail down details for delivery and installation. If you’re working with a planner, we will connect with them on these details.

We will schedule delivery and pickup times and send all of the logistical details your way about a month out from your event!

AND it’s as easy as that! We will walk you through the whole process as we go.

Make a list of any packages, pieces and services that you’re considering and send them our way! We will put together a rental proposal and send it along for your review.

Our team travels and delivers within a two-hour radius from the PLV warehouse (2.5 hours for pre-approved venues) and our delivery minimums are based on distance.

  • 0-30 miles from our warehouse to your venue - $1,200
  • 30-75 miles from our warehouse to your venue - $1,800
  • 75-100 miles from our warehouse to your venue - $2,200
  • 100-125+ miles from our warehouse to your venue - $2,500

We will consider further distances on a case-by-case basis and will require a higher rental minimum and possible overnight accommodations for our delivery crew.

Our installation & retrieval fee is based on milage, size of order/truck and number of staff members needed to complete your order delivery and pickup. This will be calculated in
your rental proposal for your review.

*Will call pickup orders will no longer be available in 2025.

HOUR PACKAGES

While you are off taking photos, make sure your guests are entertained & enjoying themselves. Tables, bars, games & more - we have everything that you need to take your cocktail hour to the next level. Check out the blog post on our website to see more about that.

Basic Rental Information:
  • Chairs $10 each
  • Benches $35 each
  • Arbors $150 each

Cocktail Hour Package: $1,350

Everything you need to host a super fun cocktail hour all in one perfect little package. This one includes your choice of a barrel bar or custom PLV bar, five high top round wood and metal tables, choice of three lawn games, one Plush lounge, one vintage furnishing for gifts or hors d’oeuvres. I mean – picture perfect, right?

Ultimate Bar Package: $900 (ideal for more than 100 guests)

Choose two of our custom bars (chalkboard, carved white, chevron) and eight round cocktail tables (French or Classic)

Intimate Bar Package: $500 (ideal for under 100 guests)

Choose one of our custom bars (chalkboard, carved white, chevron) and five round cocktail tables (French or Classic)

High Tops & Pretties Package: $350

We love odd numbers – so you get five high top tables – choose from our French bistro cocktail tables or our classic wood and metal high top tables. Everyone forgets that these high tops need a little centerpiece – so we are including them in this package.

Reception Packages

Reception Tables & Seating Package: (based on # of guests) Our beautiful handmade farm tables paired with our mismatched wooden chairs, vintage bentwood chairs, gunmetal tolix chairs, rustic walnut benches or our wood and metal chairscreate a space like no other. The best part? They don’t require any linen.

Basic Rental Information:
  • Hairpin & Classic Farm Tables $85 each
  • All Chair Collections (mismatched, tolix, vintage bentwood, or bistro) $10 each
  • Walnut Benches $35 each

Sweetheart Table Package: $500

Choose one settee / loveseat OR two of your favorite upholstered chairs, your favorite sweetheart table and a rug to tie it all together. This package includes $100 prop credit to complete the look!

Signage Package: Custom

Ask for our custom signage/hand lettering questionnaire and we will the process going!

First - choose from our huge selection of windows, chalkboards & mirror rentals.
Next – send us all the details & wording. Seating charts are due 2 weeks before wedding.

We include the appropriate easels, handle delivery / pickup & make sure everything is perfect.

Darling Display Package: $500

This package includes THREE of our beautiful vintage furnishings (tables and buffets) and $100 prop credit to complete the look. Choose from our collection to create one of a kind displays that will be sure to wow your guests. Gifts, desserts, favors, specialty bars, guestbooks and so much more. Let’s design these together. *Tip: Don't forget to add on a card box, cake stands and accent décor.

Table top Packages

Basic Rental Information:
  • Charger Plates: $3 each
  • Colored / Mismatched Goblets: $3 each
  • Gold Flatware Sets: $4 per person

PLV Mismatched China Package: $10.50 per person

Includes: one dinner plate, one salad plate, one dessert plate, mismatched colored or clear goblet, three-piece gold flatware set to include dinner fork, salad fork and knife. Spoons available upon request (not usually needed)

The Basic Mismatched China Package: $8.50 per person

Includes: one dinner plate, one mismatched colored or clear goblet, fork and knife gold flatware set.

Centerpiece Package: $50 per table *NEW - (INCLUDES ALL CANDLES)*

Choose from our selection of centerpieces to create the tablescape you have been envisioning! We will add the appropriate number of pieces to create a full centerpiece and add some votive holders for light. Just pop in your greenery or floral and call it beautiful.

The Plush Lounge Package (seats 7-8 guests) $900

Choose your favorite pieces from our collection to create a picture-perfect lounge for your event! Select one sofa, one love seat or settee, two upholstered chairs, two side tables, a coffee table, rug and of course, throw pillows to match.

The Prettiest Pieces Lounge Package: (18-20 guests) $2,200

This package is the ultimate lounge package and the biggest bang for your buck. You get two petite lounges AND one plush lounge. You know how we feel about filling the venue space and carrying your colors and vibe throughout the space. We suggest placement at cocktail hour, near the entrance, near the dance floor, outside for photos, or in an empty space that needs a little love.

The Petite Lounge Package (seats 4-5 guests) $650

A sweet little lounge setup for the host on a budget. Choose your favorite pieces to create a petite lounge: one love seat or settee, two upholstered chairs, a two end tables, a coffee table, rug and pillows to tie the whole thing together.

The Perfect Lounge Package (10-14 guests ) $1,500

Because two lounges are better than one. Pick all your PLV favorites for a Petite and Plush lounge duo. We can’t wait to work with you to create two cohesive lounge areas that are sure to add beauty, comfort and coziness to your wedding or event design.

Our

Are you renting PLV furniture, props and décor from us but aren’t sure how to pull it all together? If you do not have a designated planner, a day of coordinator, decorator or person to set everything up for you, we’ve got you covered and our PLV styling and setup package might be a perfect fit!

What is included? On the day of delivery, the PLV team will stay onsite for UP TO three full hours to setup and style your PLV rentals, handle placement of rented centerpieces, rented signage, and placement of smalls / accent decor. Please note, we do not include styling with our rentals.

A ONE-HOUR DESIGN CALL / CONSULTATION
During this call, we will chat about your ideas, style, vibe and overall desired look of your event. After we chat - we will do some research, put together mood boards for your vignettes, list our ideas and come up with unique setups for your special day.

ACCENT FLORAL RECCOMENDATIONS
We love a finished look – especially when it comes to our lounges, vignettes, displays and the overall vision. Sometimes, florals bring it all together and add a finishing touch. Not sure what your different setups need? We are happy to make recommendations that you can pass along to your florist!

NEW VENUE WALKTHROUGH (if applicable)
If you're getting married at a space we haven't been to yet - we will include a walkthrough on site to chat about placement of your items and gather ideas for your big day.
